The following Terms and Conditions completely control your membership with Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC. You have read and understand this agreement in its entirety, and that you agree to comply and are aware that your membership in the Bulletproof Cash program shall be subject to the following terms and conditions between you and Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC. You understand that we have the complete rights to modify or exterminate your account for any reason and that Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC may change and/or update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program after such changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program.

All members are required to provide Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including accurate name, email address, and Alert Pay email address id.

Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC to the full extent by applicable law, at its sole discretion for any reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.

Members are not permitted to activate or use more than one Member account, unless otherwise approved by the owner. In no way shape or form may your account and membership with Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC be used for any illegal purpose or activity.

Members are not permitted to select or use account information of another person, use a name subject to rights of another person, nor use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a member account. You also agree that all Terms and Conditions set before you are not applicable to the company or owner in which they have been created, except under applicable law.

By signing up for the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program, a member is opting in to receive other emails and special offers of any form from Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC. If you do not want to receive these emails, you may cancel your account. Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC has the right to track member’s activity by any means needed, such as by both IP Address as well as individual account activity. Bulletproof Cash Marketing reserves the right to cancel all earnings in its sole discretion if any problems, mishaps or specific reasons apply.

Member agrees not to abuse his/her membership privileges by acting in a manner of misconduct that is straying from this agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by Bulletproof Cash Marketing. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind, including but not limited to spamming. Member understands that Bulletproof Cash Marketing is not responsible for any disobedience of this agreement and takes full responsibility for his/her actions as a member of Bulletproof Cash Marketing.

Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision Bulletproof Cash Marketing makes relating to the cancellation of membership shall be final and binding.

Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise Bulletproof Cash Marketing will result in immediate termination of your account without warning. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Member's discontinued participation in the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program or failure to notify Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership.

Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.

You agree there are NO refunds possible. Once commissions are dispersed there is no way to retrieve them.

If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program and properly terminate his or her membership.

All members choosing to participate in the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program fully understand that they in no way represent Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC or its creators and staff.

Customer Rewards Program

All members choosing to participate in the Customer Rewards Program by referring other members to the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program fully consent to the fact that Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC is not responsible for earnings taxes, or any other taxes involved with the Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC program. By participating in the Customer Rewards Program provided by Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC, all members agree to abide by any tax laws that govern them, and that Bulletproof Cash Marketing LLC is not responsible for any violation of tax laws. All members are responsible for their own taxes.
